Terms & Conditions

These starter terms apply to use of rescuemaids.net and to cleaning requests submitted through the site. They are not a complete service contract and should be reviewed by the company before being treated as final.

Requests are not instant bookings

Submitting a form asks Rescue Maids to review the request. A visit is not confirmed until the company agrees to a time and the customer receives that confirmation.

Cleaning estimates

Every home and cleaning is different. This website does not publish hourly rates or package prices. Request a cleaning and Rescue Maids will help determine the cleaning option that fits the home.

Cancellation and access

Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $100 cancellation fee. A no-show or inability to access the property may result in a $200 fee or the full scheduled service amount, whichever is greater.

After a visit

If something needs attention, contact Rescue Maids within 24 hours so the company has an opportunity to address the concern.
