If you request a cleaning, that form is provided by Jobber and the details you submit are sent there for scheduling. If you apply for work on this website, we collect the details you submit: name, phone, email, location, and notes about your experience. We also receive standard technical data that web servers and analytics tools may log, such as browser type and pages visited, if those tools are later connected.

How we use it

We use request information to respond, schedule, and operate the cleaning business. We use application information to consider hiring. We do not sell personal information as a product.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers who help us run the website, email, scheduling, or customer management tools, including Jobber for cleaning requests, and when required by law.

Retention

We keep request and application records as long as needed to provide service, meet legal obligations, and resolve issues. Specific retention periods can be added here once company policy is finalized.
