Honesty and Accuracy To ensure the most accurate estimate for your cleaning service, we rely on your honesty when completing our Quote form. You will be asked to rate your home on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 indicating it needs attention and 10 being the cleanest. By providing an honest rating, we can determine the appropriate staffing requirements. Note on Estimates Please be aware that all our quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. While we strive for accuracy, the final cost may vary depending on the actual condition of your home during the cleaning appointment. Cost Adjustment: If more extensive cleaning is required than anticipated, we will provide a revised estimate. These charges help compensate our dedicated Maids for missed work opportunities and cover administrative costs. This ensures we can continue providing excellent and timely service to all clients. To ensure a smooth payment process and maintain good customer relations, we have updated our payment policy as follows: Payment Due Date: All payments are required to be made by the end of the day of service. Optional Tips: Tips are entirely optional and can be paid once you receive the invoice. Late Payment Procedure: In the event that payment is not made by the next day after service, your credit card on file will be charged the invoice amount only. Past-Due Policy: In the event of late payments, the following policy will apply: 1-12 Months: A late fee of 10% will be accrued on the outstanding balance per month. After the 12th Month: If payment remains outstanding beyond 12 months, your invoice will be sent to collections as a final measure.   • What do you not clean?
    Exterior of homes & businesses: Our cleaning services do not cover the cleaning of the outside areas of residential or commercial properties, including windows, gutters, and facades. Vehicles: We do not provide cleaning services for automobiles, boats, or any other motor vehicles. Hazardous materials: Our cleaning company will not handle any materials defined as hazardous by the relevant authorities. This includes, but is not limited to: a. Animal feces: Cleaning of animal waste, including feces, urine, or other biohazardous materials, is not within the scope of our services. b. Vomit: Cleaning of vomit or any other potentially infectious bodily fluids is not included in our service offerings. c. CDC-defined hazardous waste: We will not clean any substances or areas designated as hazardous waste by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) due to the risk of causing harm, sickness, or infection to our cleaners. Examples include certain chemicals, biohazardous materials, etc. d. Other hazardous materials: We will avoid cleaning any materials that pose a risk to the health and safety of our cleaning staff or clients, as determined by industry standards or regulatory guidelines. Unsanitary environments: We reserve the right to decline cleaning services for areas or properties that are deemed excessively unsanitary, pose health risks, or present conditions that may endanger our cleaning staff's well-being. Special agreements: Any exceptions to these restrictions can only be made through a specific contractual agreement between the client and our cleaning company. Such exceptions will be based on mutual understanding and written consent.
