Rescue Maids offers recurring house cleaning, Initial / Deep Cleaning, Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, and laundry assistance as an available add-on to qualifying cleaning visits. See cleaning services.

An Initial / Deep Cleaning provides more detailed attention and is often a good starting point for homes beginning professional cleaning service or homes that need extra attention. Recurring Cleaning is designed to help maintain the home on an ongoing schedule after the initial cleaning needs have been addressed.

Not necessarily. If you won't be home, access arrangements can be coordinated with Rescue Maids in advance so our cleaning team can enter the home as agreed.

Specific supply arrangements can be confirmed when your cleaning is scheduled. If you have product preferences, sensitivities, allergies, or household restrictions, please let us know before your visit.

Yes. We regularly clean homes with pets. Please let us know about your pets when requesting service, especially if any need to be secured or require special instructions while our team is in the home.

No. For safety, Rescue Maids does not perform cleaning that requires ladder use.

No. Rescue Maids specializes in interior residential cleaning and does not currently offer exterior cleaning services.

Laundry assistance may be available as an add-on to your house cleaning visit. Mention it when requesting your cleaning and we'll confirm whether it can be included.

Yes. Recurring cleaning may be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or at another ongoing frequency depending on your cleaning needs and current availability.

Rescue Maids is open Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–6:00 PM and is closed weekends and major holidays. You can call or text us at (248) 242-7745 during business hours, or submit a cleaning request online anytime.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a $100 cancellation fee. A no-show or inability to access the property at the scheduled time may result in a $200 fee or the full scheduled service amount, whichever is greater.

We want you to be happy with your cleaning. If you notice something that needs attention, contact Rescue Maids within 24 hours of your visit and let us know. This gives us the opportunity to review the concern and address it in accordance with our satisfaction policy.

A card is kept on file for cleaning services. Payment is due at the end of the service day. If payment has not already been completed, the card on file may be automatically charged at 10:00 AM on the next business day.
